We do not collect sensitive personal information such as your national ID number, BVN, or financial account details.

• Contact you about your order status, delivery updates, or issues

• Delivery partners (GIG Logistics, DHL, etc.) — your name, phone, and delivery address only, to complete your delivery
• Paystack — our payment processor. Paystack operates under its own privacy policy and is PCI-DSS compliant
• Supabase — our database provider, used to store order and product data securely

All third-party partners we work with are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for any purpose other than fulfilling our service to you.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We retain order data for a minimum of 2 years for accounting and customer service purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
