• Payment information: Payment method type only. We do not store card numbers — all card payments are processed securely by Paystack

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as your national ID number, BVN, or financial account details.

We use the information you provide exclusively to:

• Process and fulfil your orders
• Contact you about your order status, delivery updates, or issues
• Send you order confirmations and tracking information
• Respond to enquiries and customer service requests
• Improve our store and services based on aggregate, anonymised data

We will only contact you for marketing purposes (new arrivals, sales, promotions) if you have explicitly opted in by asking for updates on WhatsApp.

• Delivery partners (GIG Logistics, DHL, etc.) — your name, phone, and delivery address only, to complete your delivery
• Paystack — our payment processor. Paystack operates under its own privacy policy and is PCI-DSS compliant
• Supabase — our database provider, used to store order and product data securely

All third-party partners we work with are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for any purpose other than fulfilling our service to you.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We retain order data for a minimum of 2 years for accounting and customer service purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
