Worn, washed, or altered jerseys. Items without original tags or packaging. Returns requested after 14 days. Custom-printed jerseys (name/number added).
Send us a WhatsApp message or email within 14 days of delivery. Include your order ID, the reason for the return, and a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect.
We'll send you a return address and instructions. For size exchanges, we cover the shipping cost. For other returns, a small ₦500 shipping fee may apply.
Pack the jersey securely in its original bag or any clean packaging. Drop it off at your nearest logistics agent (GIG, DHL, or any courier we confirm with you).
Once we receive and inspect the item (1–2 business days), we'll dispatch your exchange immediately or process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
